Whimsy New Release for September

Hi everyone there is another New Digital Release over at Whimsy Stamps 

I have used the brand new image called Christmas Mermaid  I have also used Whimsy Stamps Digital Paper called Christmas Cool Mix Papers


I have coloured this image with Prisma colour Pencils
